Olango Island – My Piece of Paradise

Long time no see!

I haven’t wrote about anything for over a month, and I want to share an experience I recently had which I really enjoyed.

Sometimes, people need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. They need to get away from it all, to rest their weary bones and soothe their souls. So, I decided to go to Olango Island, specifically Tingo, my mother’s hometown. For me, it is an experience which I can never forget.

While in Olango, we stayed in Baybayon Beach Home, a beautiful location in Tingo, northern tip of the island. It makes you feel like you are at a home and gives you a nostalgic feeling of tranquility.

After putting personal belongings here, we decided to tour the island. Riding a tricycle has never been more fun seeing people go about in their daily lives. We went to San Vicente and checked out a few places.

The truth is, I really regret that I only took a few photos of the places we went 😦 because I really enjoyed my stay there. This has been a wonderful experience. I hope I can see you guys there someday! πŸ™‚

Captivating Cebu

Choose Captivating Cebu!

Cebu is one of the many islands of the beautiful Philippines. It is located in Central Visayas (Region 7). It is 4,468 square kilometers in size and is known for its beautiful beaches, waterfalls, and more. Β Despite its size, 3.5 million people live in this island. Its neighboring islands Mactan, Olango, Sumilon, Camotes and Bohol are must-go places if you visit here. The reason why I love Cebu is because it is a city where adventure is literally just an hour or two away.Β From the airport, you can easily reach world-class resorts such as Jpark Resort, Crimson, BE Resort and Shangri-la Mactan. These resorts make sure that you are well-pampered in your stay. I will be posting some pictures of these various places πŸ™‚

Here are some more pictures of Cebu:

Cebu is one of the many places in the Philippines which has a festival in honor of a patron saint. Our patron saint here is Santo NiΓ±o, and Sinulog Festival is celebrated here in honor of him. Here are some pictures:

Sinulog is one of my favorite events because it is a celebration praising God at the same time, is fun and vibrant. If you are at Cebu at January, you should check it out!

Cebu is in my opinion, a beautiful place. I hope you would find it beautiful too.

In love with the SJCAM M20!

Good day! This is my first post after a hiatus of 3 years and it will be about a camera I fell in love with, the SJCAM M20!

I really wanted a camera in which I can bring anywhere and use anytime. The first camera that usually comes into mind is a GoPro Hero, which is an amazing product. But unfortunately, I do not have enough cash to buy that. Instead, I chose this camera because it is affordable and at the same time, it is a quality product.

The one thing which makes this camera very attractive and cool for me is its form. It has an unusual shape which I really like (unlike the usual rectangular action cams). I also like its price and it has many accessories πŸ™‚

The camera’s features can be found atΒ http://sjcamhd.com/sjcam-m20-camera/

Here is the camera:

This camera costs $119 dollars at the offical SJCAM website, but you can buy this camera at Lazada for 4,700 Philippine pesos! I tell you, this camera is Β a bang for the buck πŸ™‚
